Business Strategy and Macro Planning: Key for any business of any size is to set out its Objectives, Goals and Ambitions - positioning its product offering and portfolio in the context of the existing and future marketplace. RedBird has done this for a number of Internet start ups as well as working with internal teams in larger corporates.

Business Development and Planning: Work to date includes programmes for ThePeoplesClub.com, JazzEmporium.com, Mindset Management, Netrovia.com, Trend Communications, Young Voice of the Year, TwoCast Productions, and unzipped.co.uk. National Conferences: RedBird has organized two high profile national customer 'Dot Com' conferences for Sun Microsystems - at Battersea Power Station, and the Barbican. Media Relations: Plans and implementation programmes have been undertaken for a number of clients including Cygent.com and Whitetiger Limited. |
Sales Collateral: Project activity includes production through to print of the series of six "Essential" guides for Sun Microsystems, as well as copy and text for customer magazines, white papers, data sheets, and 'tech specs'.
Writing: Work includes researching and production of news releases, case studies, as well as interviews for the Hodder & Stoughton books, "Heroes Dot Com" (2000), and "UK Web Women" (2001), along with a variety of customer communications projects for major IT vendors including Global Crossing and Oracle Corporation UK.
